I suppose we are expected to take it on faith that the toolset will work as advertised and that the result with have utility for our organizations.
A healthy dose of skepticism seems advisable at this stage in the race to implement solutions that the marketing department can call, “AI.” Never mind that Microsoft has long strategized around automation. “AI” is new and shiny, so we can forget everything we read and experienced before OpenAI released ChatGPT to the masses.
